Spanish actress Hiba Abouk's divorce from football star Ashraf Hakimi made headlines in the mainstream media after it was reported that a 24-year-old woman had filed a complaint against the Paris Saint-Germain full-back.
The woman accused Hakimi of sexually assaulting her, while the famous actress was away with her children, and then announced her separation from Hakimi, claiming half of his wealth and property during her divorce request.
A surprise of high calibre!
But the surprise was when Abouk learned that her ex-husband did not have anything in his name, according to new details recently revealed by the French magazine First Mag, and reported by the Spanish website Marca.
The magazine said that the beneficiary of Hakimi's salary and wealth is none other than his mother, who has been receiving his wages in her bank account for several years.
Hakimi reported receives €1 million from PSG monthly but 80% of this is deposited in his mother's account.
Although the news caused an uproar in Spain, France and Morocco, it is also known that Abouk is not in a position where she needs part of her ex-husband's wealth to be able to make ends meet, as she has enough wealth of her own.
Stand by the victim
It is noteworthy that the Spanish actress revealed in a statement last month that she will always stand by the victim, in her first direct talk about the case of accusing the international player of rape.
She pointed out at the time that she needed time to absorb the shock, after she remained silent for a month since the Public Prosecutor in France opened an investigation against her husband Hakimi on February 27.
A few days later an official statement was issued by the same prosecutor's office.
Hakimi and his manager have not made any statement regarding the issue.
