Students from the Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT) Fujairah Women’s College visited Tennis and Country Club Fujairah (TCCF) and utilised the sports facilities of the club.

Abdul Ghafour Behrozian, chairman of Tennis and Country Club Fujairah, and Hania Reggi, Senior Sales and Marketing Manager at Tennis and Country Club Fujairah, welcomed them.

They played padel tennis, and tried their hands at other sports during the visit.

Marilyn Gilyana, officer of sports at Fujairah Women’s College, said: “The trip was hugely successful and it was fantastic to be a part of it.” We feel privileged to have been able to take these students away for an experience like this — one that was filled with so much learning. “

Behrozian said: “The doors of Tennis and Country Club Fujairah are open for all the students of the UAE and athletes to come and utilise our fantastic facilities.”

Hania said: “It was a fantastic learning experience for the students to play and learn the skills of padel tennis and other sports.

“We hope that the students find the trip both beneficial to themselves as well as incredibly enjoyable as individuals part of a great team.”

HCT Fujairah Women’s College student Maryam Al Hammdi praised the facilities of the club.

“It was my first experience playing padel tennis, which was a wonderful one. I would like to express my thanks to Abdul Ghafour Behrozian, Hania Reggi, and Ms Marilyn Gilyana who helped make this trip come to life and for all the support and guidance offered by the staff and coaches of the club.”
