Istanbul: Manchester City will take on PSG in a mouth-watering clash after having been drawn against the French giants in the same group of the Champions League on Thursday.

City had ended the PSG run at the continental championship by seeing them off in the last four. They went on to lose against the current champions Chelsea, who beat them 1-0 in a re-match of FA Cup semis.

PSG bolstered their squad with the signing of Lionel Messi and the probabilities are there that the match could become one of most-anticipated game of the season should City complete the pursuit of Cristiano Ronaldo from Juventus.

The Portuguese captain is being linked strongly with a move to Abu Dhabi-owned City from Juventus after Tottenham Spurs’ Harry Kane ruled out his move to the Premier League champions.

Holders Chelsea will play Juventus in Group H in the  clash of titans and the two are expected to advance from the group that features Russian champions Zenit Saint Petersburg and Malmo.

Meanwhile, City sheds the global spotlight on Expo 2020 Dubai, during their English Premier League match against Arsenal on Saturday. The Etihad Stadium in Manchester will showcase a number of events in conjunction with the promotion of the Expo 2020, which also includes the display of the logo of the mega event on the giant screen during the game.

The logo will also feature on the training jersey of the team in a run-up to the event. City will also air a series of videos that highlight Expo 2020 on the huge screens in the stadium. The logo and the videos will be posted across all the City Social media platforms.
