Manchester City announced the signing of Jack Grealish on a six-year deal from Aston Villa for a fee reported to be £100 million ($139 million).
City confirmed Grealish will wear the number 10 shirt, which was recently vacated by the departure to Barcelona of long-serving striker Sergio Aguero.
It could be the deal of deals for professional English footballer Grealish, enough to ‘Pep’ him up for a long time to come.
Grealish’s move to City for a whopping fee of £100 million, dwarfing the previous record of £89 million paid by Manchester United to sign Paul Pogba five years ago.
Predictably, the wearer of the No.10 shirt is incredibly happy to have joined the best team in the UK.
