Anjum Naveed run-a-ball century and a 185-run second partnerships with Abdul Rehman Jr (56) propelled Atlas Foundation to 171-run victory against Gfroce Academy at the Bukhatir Premier League being played at Sharjah Cricket Stadium.

Batting first, Atlas Foundation scored 307 for 8 against Gforce Academy. Naveed (105), Qamar Abbas Awan (60) were the prominent scorers.

Tanzeel Zafar bowled well to pick up three wickets while Rishab Mukherjee and Abdul Malik took two wickets each. In reply, Gforce Academy could manage to muster 136 only. Safeer Tariq scored 33 while Tanzeel Zafar was undefeated on 40.

Danish Qureshi was the pick of the Atlas Foundation’s bowling attack claiming 5 for 16 runs while Irfan Maqsood had 3 for 40. In the other game, Vision Shipping played well to defeat Bukhatir XI by 106 runs in their league game.

Batting first, Vision Shipping were bowled out for 261 in 45 overs.Sajjad Malik 51,Zeshan Abid 46 Noman Hassan 29 contributed to the score.

Rizwan CP bowled well picking five wickets for 34 runs while Aayaan Afzal Khan picked two wickets. Bukhatir XI were restricted to 154 with Jawad Ghani 3 for 23, Shah Nawaz 4 for 34 and Shahnawaz Khan 2 for 17 were the pick of the Vision Shipping bowlers.

Only Rizwan CP 40, Rahmanullah Gurbaz (20), the Afghanistan International player and skipper Fayyaz Ahmed (27) were the main scorers for Bukhatir XI.
