Curtains came down on a successful Women’s Shuttle Time Dubai Programme at the weekend, with Roudha Al Hajeri emerging triumphant among Emiratis and India’s Irene Eisa Alexander winning the expatriate title.
The event took place at the Al Quoz Indoor hall. Six teams including United Emirates Hockey Club, Masters XI, Cheema XI, Coorg UAE, Dubai Republicans and Lacnor participated in the one-day tournament.
The seven-a-side tournament was held to mark the UAE’s Golden Jubilee celebrations and held at the Ocean Fair Cricket ground in Dubai Investment Park.
