The Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD) has organised two remote awareness-raising lectures on how to strengthen the ties between custody children and their families, with the participation of about 200 parents.
The defendant used the forged documents to open a new company of his own name and steal the victim’s customers after convincing them that the company belongs to the victim.
The incident occurred in February, when the female friend was caught having 5.69 grams of hashish. During interrogation, the woman revealed that she got the drugs from her European friend for free.
An Arab employee, aged 31, was apprehended and referred to criminal court for threatening to expose his girlfriend and post her private pictures online.
The father said he had given his son a proxy to run his business, and handed him over the card of his monthly pension, Dhs5,300, but he found that his son withdrew the pension amount, claiming it was suspended.
The court also upheld a verdict sentencing another man to one month and fining him Dhs50,000 for keeping part of the stolen money with him.
The complainant claimed that he had handed the appelleeDhs85,000 for registering lawsuits and fees, while the latter seized it for himself.
The appellant agreed with the appellee to rent a wedding tent with all its services to hold her son's wedding for an amount of Dhs37,500, of which she already paid Dhs19,000.
