A delegation from the Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation has opened two hospitals in the Republic of Somaliland.
A video showed Foundation staff and police personnel distributing the woollens, prayer mats and necessary items to workers in industrial areas of the emirate.
The report noted that despite the obstacles facing the implementation of the foundation’s projects outside the country, some of these projects planned for 2020 were completed. The OECD has ranked UAE the leading humanitarian donor for the fifth consecutive year, said Ahmed Juma Al Zaabi.
The fund will be used to purchase 77 physiotherapy equipment, which will be distributed to 15 medical centres. The KF's health initiatives aim to encourage social engagement and ensure the provision of medical aid and healthcare services to vulnerable patients.
