During the meeting, Sheikh Mohamed welcomed the prime ministers of Jordan and Egypt and asked them to convey his greetings to King Abdullah II and President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi, wishing further progress and prosperity for Jordan and Egypt.
"It is his vision that is already transforming UAE into a leading economic [and] political player on the global stage,” he said and added that as the prime minister, he saw first-hand his brotherly affection for Pakistan.
President Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan continued to accept the condolences of world leaders and heads of their delegations over the passing of the late Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
"Pakistan values its fraternal relations with UAE," the President said in a tweet. "I hope under his leadership fraternal relations between the two countries will be further strengthened."
"The FNC is confident that the UAE, under President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed, will see a new era of achievements and development. The country will continue to be the nation of giving, tolerance, safety and security," Ghobash said.
It has been a very sad week for the whole country after the passing of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan last Friday. The great leader has been mourned and remembered for his legacy, which will never be forgotten.
These included Muhammadu Buhari, President of Nigeria; Jo?o Lourenço, President of Angola; Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, Vice President of Ghana; Mohamed Hussein Robley, Prime Minister of Somalia, and His Royal Highness Prince Turki Al Faisal bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud.
