The garden features 4,000 UAE flags arranged to create the portrait of Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed, honouring his ambitious vision and leading contributions to the UAE’s development.
Sheikh Mohammed said on Twitter, "Next November 3, our country celebrates Flag Day. We call on all our ministries and institutions to raise it uniformly at 11 am on that day.
