Sheikh Sultan says the Armed Forces have always been one of the nation's cornerstones and were founded by the Founding Leaders to ensure the country's unity.
In his speech published in 'Nation Shield' magazine marking the 46th anniversary of the Armed Forces Unification Day, Sheikh Humaid said the UAE Armed Forces has proven its status as a forger of heroes and role models of patriotism, as well as the defensive shield of the country and its achievements.
"On this special national occasion, we reiterate our appreciation for the strong will of our unified nation, which joined hands to promote joint national action, helping to protect the country's security and stability and ensuring a safe life for citizens and residents," Sheikh Hamad told 'Nation Shield' in a statement marking the 46th anniversary of the Armed Forces Unification Day.
