A 35-year-old Asian man was arrested and referred to criminal court on drug trafficking charges, after he was caught using and facilitating crystal meth in Dubai.
The desperate man, who could not afford to buy one, hatched a plan to steal one.
Case dates back to last November when the victim filed a robbery report, claiming that the defendant approached him and his brother in a shopping mall’s parking lot, and introduced himself as an undercover police officer.
Police said the girl took the step after her parents took away her cell phone from her as a punishment for scoring low grades in school. So she decided to hide on the roof of the house.
