The Abu Dhabi Police, in cooperation with the Sharjah Police and the Ajman Police, have seized three gangs of 25 Asians for involvement in phone scam crimes through which they were able to cheat their victims and seize their savings in fraudulent ways.
Both Arab defendants – a motorist, 36, and his colleague, 37— kidnapped the Indian employee, 33, from a building housing his boss’ company in Baniyas area at around 9:30pm on May 26, the Criminal Court heard.
The police used surveillance cameras at the scene and saw the masked men trying to steal the device.
