I am a great admirer of Indian batter Virat Kohli. He is undoubtedly one of the finest cricketers of his generation. India defeated the West Indies in the first ODI played in Kerala, and Virat produced a fabulous knock. He remained unbeaten on 139 off just 88 balls. Kohli has also become only the second batter after Sachin Tendulkar to reach 15,000 runs in men's ODI cricket. When cricketers of his age begin to think about hanging up their boots, King Kohli is still ruling his kingdom. What amazes me most is how he has managed to remain so focused and hungry for success after so many years in international cricket. Even at this stage of his career, he plays with the energy and enthusiasm of a young man who has just arrived on the international scene.
