Kindness matters

As temperatures continue to rise across the UAE, many delivery riders spend long hours outdoors ensuring the items reach our homes on time.

In many neighbourhoods across the UAE, residents have started keeping baskets filled with snacks and refreshments. Some even leave kind notes thanking them for their hard work.

Although this gesture may seem simple, it truly portrays the kindness of the residents here. People from different countries and cultures come together, and such simple acts remind us that kindness has no language or nationality.

As this thoughtful practice continues to spread, it strengthens the UAE’s reputation, which is built not only on progress and innovation but also on kindness, respect and humanity.
