Collective responsibility

The official visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin to China is highly significant, especially as it comes just days after the visit of US President Donald Trump. These back-to-back diplomatic engagements between leaders of powerful nations clearly reflect the shifting dynamics of global politics. The world is undergoing rapid change, and in such uncertain times, the issue of lasting peace remains the most urgent concern that must be addressed collectively.

Meetings among influential countries carry great responsibility. Their discussions and decisions do not only shape bilateral relations but also determine the future stability of the entire international community. Dialogue and diplomacy are always more effective than confrontation and conflict.
