Lots of people are tempted to loose weight by taking some kind of medication. Even I read in Gulf Today, (“India's brides-to-be make a beeline for weight-loss jabs," April 5, 2026.”). I am not a fan of this method, even though it is done under the guidance of doctors. Weight loss has to do with your discipline. We need to follow a discipline for eating, walking and sleeping. Going for a crash diet or joining gym for few months can put us in good shape but we need to have a sustainable method of weight loss.
I know lots of people near my locality; they have been walking or running in the morning for almost 20 years and are in good shape, or If I say I know many people who look perfectly fit are putting little effort to remain in shape. So getting into shape is not an easy task. We need to put little effort to look good. We need to be mindful of what we eat too. That is why I always feel we should spend some time for walking or gym every day to look good. It works very well.
