Ramadan this year feels exclusive calmer, more intentional, and surprisingly productive. With my current work schedule running from 10 am to 5 pm, handling customer service quality and development from home, I’ve revealed something I didn’t fully appreciate before “time”.
Ramadan has always been a holy month of discipline and devotion. But beyond fasting, it is also about alignment —aligning your body, cognizance, and purpose. Structuring my days with greater balance working from home permits me a comfortable routine although at times I feel like I want to be around for some interaction. I make room for workouts, something I never compromise on. No matter how packed life becomes, staying active remains a priority. Ramadan isn’t a pause button on wellness; it’s a reminder to protect it.
Friendships these days are harder to coordinate: everyone has their own priorities, commitments, and responsibilities and that’s ok. I’ve come to appreciate solitude. Sometimes, being by yourself allows you to notice what constant social noise makes you miss.
This holy month has reminded me that productivity does not always mean pressure. Sometimes it means peace. Sometimes it means routine. Sometimes it simply means showing up for your work, your health, and your inner world.
