What was needed in the latest Trump 'State of the Union' speech was less words and more dot points.
Surely the purpose is to document how the country is going and what the plans are for the future. What everyone wants is the facts not fluff, positive directions not name calling, unity not disunity.
Admittedly my knowledge of the speech writing is based on 'West Wing' and 'The Designated Survivor' but they were coherent, read and didn't include notes in marker pens.
There will still be a couple more of these speeches so there is potential for improvement and clarity but who knows?
Does any country have a leader that could act as a mentor? The skill level doesn't have to be that high as any improvement would be welcomed.
