Thousands of Airbus planes have been grounded, basically because of too much solar radiation, sunlight I assume, which might interfere with onboard flight control computers. Isn't modern science wonderful or maybe this was an AI event.
In Australia it shouldn't be so much of a problem as we "Slip, Slop, Slap" with sunscreen protection. It's also not a real problem for me as I can only seem to afford flights that leave at midnight. Time to go by bus for a while.
