Congratulations to our Test Cricket Captain, Subhman Gill, for his first Test series win against a depleted dead snake team, West Indies at New Delhi.
Though our team has better players than the present West Indies team, with half consist of new players, they fought well to drag the game to day 5. In fact, our most experienced players struggled to score the meager target of 121, losing 3 top order batsmen. They just forgot that they are playing Test Cricket, which require patience.
But for the patient knock of KL Rahul, who knows, our team could have lost some more wickets.
Anyway a victory is victory. But the real test our new Captain Gill will face when his team play overseas matches, especially in Australia and South Africa.
