Dream debut

I love cricket. Like most Indians, I too grew up liking and playing cricket. I played the game with lots of passion till my college days in New Delhi and later started following like a passionate Indian fan.

But I never had a chance to watch a match in the stadium, though I tried hard to be at the stadium all these years but never succeeded due to work-related engagements.

Finally after all these years, last Sunday I happened to be at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium to watch a match between India and Pakistan.

I could not believe when I reached the stadium. It was for me like a dream come true. Since it was a Sunday, I had an uninterrupted full day for the match. It was a different experience. It was incredible to be sitting with fans and cheering for the team.

India and Pakistan both played very good cricket. I managed to see all the players. It was a memorable moment for me. I can never forget this day my whole life.
