Lack of stamina

It is really heartening to know that our two-time Olympic medallist, PV Sindhu, has defeated Denmark’s Dawall Jakobsen, in her first round, to enter the pre-quarter finals of China Masters Super 750 Badminton Tournament.

After a spate of first round exits during Super Series Tournaments recently, she seems to have found her rhythm at China Masters. Hope she can carry on with this confidence to win matches after matches to win the trophy.

The main reason for her losses in the past were her lack of stamina to go the distance and the low confidence.

Normally she exhausts her energy in the first set itself. Hope she overcome this soon to return to her winning ways.
