I am writing to express my thoughts on a topic that resonates deeply with many of us: Loyal friendship is a gift from the Almighty Allah. In a world full of fleeting connections and changing relationships, true friendship stands as a divine blessing. It is not something that forms overnight; rather, it develops slowly, passing through shared hardships and joyful moments. When love, care, and mutual respect blossom among a group of individuals, they create a bond so strong that no one wants to lose the other, no matter what challenges arise.
However, like any meaningful relationship, friendships are not immune to misunderstandings and moments of injustice. When such situations occur, they don’t just affect the two individuals involved but the entire group that surrounds them. True friends recognise the value of such a bond and come forward to help resolve differences, heal wounds, and restore the spirit of unity. This collective effort reflects the depth and sincerity of the friendship, reminding us how rare and priceless such connections truly are.
It’s a fact of life that many people will cross our paths — some will smile, shake our hands, and exchange polite words. But as the saying goes, “Not everyone who shakes your hand is a friend.” Loyal friends are those who stand by you through thick and thin, and their presence in our lives is indeed a gift worth cherishing and protecting.
