As a resident of the UAE, I have always admired the government’s commitment to maintaining safety and security across the nation. The recent operation “Buttons of Poison” — where 89,760 Captagon pills were seized after being hidden inside clothing buttons – is a case in point.

The swift and strategic response by Dubai Police shows exceptional professionalism and vigilance. Their ability to intercept such a large quantity of drugs before they could reach the streets reflects the effectiveness of our law enforcement.

This successful operation is not just a major win for security forces, but a protective shield for the community, especially for the younger generation who are most vulnerable to the dangers of drug abuse.
