Great game

England managed to defend a meagre total of 192, in the 3rd Test match at Lord's, London. It was a great contest between the two teams. No wonder Ben Stokes is considered one of the finest Test match captains of this generation and he has once again showed his class.

On day four, it looked as if India were going to defeat England without much effort, but the moment India's innings started, they made it very tough for India from the word go. This is called experience. India also played very good cricket throughout the innings, but it looked tough to defeat Stokes' experienced team. I must appreciate Ravindra Jadeja, Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammed Siraj for their endurance at the fag end of the final innings. They put their heart and soul into this match. I am sure this young team is going to learn from this match. I hope India will return stronger in the next match for sure.
