I am a huge fan of Yashasvi Jaiswal’s batting. He reminds me of former Indian great Virendra Sehwag. He plays very aggressive cricket like Sehwag. Since his arrival at the international cricket he has maintain his form. On Friday, Indian opener batter made a record when he hit a century. Yashasvi’s century has left fans in a frenzy as he becomes the fifth Indian batter to score a hundred in his maiden innings in England. Former India cricketer and commentator Sanjay Manjrekar and Dinesh Karthik praised Jaiswal’s technique.
Those who had doubt about India’s performance in England, will now sit and admire this young team. This young team has huge potential. Yashavi with his captain Shubhma Gill gave India a very solid start. Gill like always played very good cricket. He showed how a leader plays. Gill without doubt is one of the finest batters of this generation. I hope he comes out with flying colours, as a leader of this team. I was also worried about this young team, because India went to England without Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli and we all know that it is not easy to play in England, but Indian batters have showed their character.
