Indian team is all set to begin a new journey in Test cricket under the leadership of young and energetic Shubham Gill. A new Indian team looks very confident and eagerly waiting to be noticed. I am very happy for all the young players. They are determined to carve a niche for themselves. During side matches all of them impressed with their temperament and talent. KL Rahul, Karun Niar, Abhimanyu Easwaran, Dhruv Jurel, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Nitish Kumar Reddy, Tanush Kotian, Shardul Thakur have really impressed with their performances and I hope they perform consistently.
While, India will miss legendary batters Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli in England, because both the stars have decided to hang their boots up. So we can say this is a transition phase for India. Fans should be ready for positive and negative outcomes. This young team is incredibly talented but lack experience of playing in foreign condition. But I am sure the kind of talent they have, they will come out with flying colours for sure. But we need to have patience.
