The stunning Sharjah light show lit up a number of government buildings and beautiful mosques all over the emirate of Sharjah (“Sharjah Light Festival narrates emirate’s story in collaboration with 15+ globally-renowned artists,” Feb.16, Gulf Today website).

According to the report, the Sharjah Light Festival is showcasing a series of captivating stories narrated on 12 iconic landmarks in the 13th edition of the festival, running until Feb.18. Transforming Sharjah Mosque into a canvas of light through the production “A Sublime Canvas,” artist Uladzimir Kivachuk provides a 360-degree 3D video mapping production illuminating the mosque’s façades and minaret with vivid, stylised architectural projections.

One of the most-loved colourful events of Sharjah, Sharjah Light Festival has an international recognition as the artists from different parts of the world collaborate with the Sharjah Commerce and Tourism Development Authority, including those from Germany, United Kingdom, France, Russia, and Italy this year.

I would like to congratulate the organisers of the Sharjah Light Festival who worked hard and made the colourful event one of the most vibrant events of the town.
