I always wait for the winter season to begin in the UAE as it allows me to explore Global Village. Global Village is one of the most popular cultural and entertainment destinations of Dubai.

It is a great place for family and children to spend time. Though I have been visiting Global Village since 2006, the best part of it is that it always has something new every time I visit. That’s the reason it always attracts visitors from many countries. It not only attracts visitors from the UAE, but people from GCC countries and other parts of the world also visit during the season.

We get to see different pavilions there, and every pavilion has its own individuality. It is very informative for young children too as they get to know about other countries, their flags, food habits and many more things.

My children have always liked Yemeni, Pakistani, Indian pavilions apart from other pavilions. Every year they go and collect souvenirs from all participating pavilions and keep them. Seeing so many things from other countries by staying in Dubai is an incredible feeling. Even we get to eat food from across the world. Nowhere in the world can we have so much diversity at one place. My children have grown up visiting Global Village but still they want to visit more and more. I appreciate the management of Global Village for keeping it so attractive even after many years. I congratulate them for their hard work.
