Bollywood films have always been a major source of entertainment for me. I have been a film buff for almost three decades. From my college days, I started watching one film per week just for relaxation and my parents too allowed me to do so. Then the rest of the week I would sincerely study without any disturbance and that habit has remained with me till now. But since the onset of OTT platforms like Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, JioCinema, SonyLIV, Disney + Hotstar, watching Bollywood films has become very easy. I don’t need to step out of the comfort of my house. Now I watch my favourite films or even web series on OTT as per my convenience and I am loving it.

Lots of Bollywood films are now being released on OTT which is making OTT a wonderful platform. I also read in the newspaper a few days ago, that “Dangal” fame Nitesh Tiwari’s much anticipated film “Bawaal” will also be released only on OTT this month. It is wonderful to see big names are also coming on OTT. This is a good sign for our entertainment industry. More and more people across the world can watch Bollywood films now. We don’t need to wait for it to be released in theatres only. The experience of watching a film is definitely going to change.
