The romantic dramedy “XO, Kitty” is a spinoff series from “To All the Boys,” which was a hugely successful show inspired by bestselling author Jenny Han. Actress Anna Cathcart stars as teenage matchmaker Kitty Covey, the main character who moves to Korea to connect with an old partner and rekindle their love story. This show looks like it is going to be a fun watch.
On a completely different note, some of you, not all of you, will be delighted to hear about the horror drama “The Walking Dead: Dead City.” It is the fourth spin-off and overall fifth series in “The Walking Dead” franchise. This show centres around post-apocalyptic Manhattan which is of course full of zombies. I don’t know about you, but I stopped watching “The Walking Dead” around series 8, so I am not too sure about this one.
“Platonic” looks like it is going to be funny. It stars Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne who team up again but this time as best friends who reconnect after a feud. This pair have done well in their previous “Neighbours” movies together. I think I will definitely be watching this one.
