Despite the huge success the world has achieved against COVID-19 pandemic, the lethal virus of the century, it’s so important to be careful till the announcement from the World Health Organisation comes that we have achieved complete success against the deadly disease (“Australia calms fears as cruise ship with 800 Covid-positive passengers docks in Sydney,” Nov.12, Gulf Today website).

According to the report, as far as tackling the coronavirus is concerned, the UAE is doing a fine job. The number of cases has declined considerably, so much so that restrictions were lifted entirely a few days ago. However, some countries are still battling the pandemic. Now, in a new development, a cruise ship with about 800 COVID-positive passengers docked in Sydney. The risk level however was raised to “Tier 3”, signalling a high level of transmission.

I am sure the Australian government will do its best providing complete treatment to the 800 COVID-positive passengers docked in Sydney.
