A 3-day weekend for schools in Sharjah is helping students invest themselves in other physical or curricular activities. Lots of students have started taking part in swimming and other sports. Now they have a full 3 days to balance their week. It is also helping students balance their academics and physical activities. I am sure this will make them mentally strong. Meanwhile, higher grade students get a lot of time to work on their academics in the weekend.

They can also join coaching classes during the weekend to sharpen their skills without getting physically exhausted.  So many Indian students have to appear for engineering and medical entrance examinations and for that they need an extra set of skills, therefore, on the weekend they can attend coaching institutes which can train them for the entrance examinations. I must appreciate the Sharjah Private Education Authority (SPEA) for coming up with this fantastic arrangement, which is a boon for students. I hope Sharjah students are benefiting from this arrangement.
