We are living in a digital age, where physical work is almost missing from our daily life. Our society has transformed completely. Now, we don’t have to go out of our home to buy something. We order everything online from food to grocery to dress to books. This means we have stopped walking completely. And this is not a good sign for us. We should be active as much as possible for our good health and longevity. Lots of wellness consultant have started advocating the importance of walking or yoga. We should spend little time in doing something physical, whether it is walking, cycling or yoga, else we will have to depend on medicine for day to day functioning. We are seeing the rise of so many diseases which has to do only with our lifestyle. Therefore, we should be little conscious about our well-being.
