Abu Dhabi Police called on motorists to adhere to safe driving and follow the speed limit of 80km during fog and to leave an adequate safe distance between vehicles. Motorists should abide by the directive issues by the traffic department. It is for our safety only (“Motorists warned of fog, urged to follow traffic rules across UAE,” Feb.23, Gulf Today online edition.) We should be responsible towards driving always.

We should always see the situation while driving. A little conscious effort from our side will save a lot. There is no point driving very fast when visibility is less than normal. Time and again, traffic departments of the all Emirates issue guidelines, which are of great help for those who drive out of the city. We should be very much thankful to the government for always helping us with their guidance.  We should respect their efforts by following rules.
