Gaddafi Stadium wear a festive look as the 7th edition of PSL gets under way.

The 7th edition of Pakistan Super League (PSL) has just started on a very high note on Thursday evening at the National Stadium, Karachi.  Cricket lovers in Karachi and all across the globe are pretty excited about it.  Despite restrictions imposed at the National Stadium, Karachi, due to COVID-19 pandemic, cricket lovers are very optimistic and excited about it. Mohammad Rizwan’s Multan Sultans have started on a very good note. They won both the matches they have played so far, while Quetta Gladiators and Peshawar Zalmi are also putting their best efforts and getting into winning mode. But Babar Azam’s Karachi Kings have yet to get started. They have lost both the matches they have played so far. Rather, they have started on a very disappointing note.

Despite having good players in their side, Karachi Kings failed to put up a respectable total on the board, even against Quetta Gladiators on Saturday, they looked terribly unorganised and kept losing wickets on a regular interval, which is why they failed to score runs.  I think skipper Babar has to assemble his team after back-to-back losses to stay in the game or else it would be tough to bounce back. Sooner the better should be the motto of the skipper.

Let’s see how it goes.
