Virat Kohli’s Team India has created magic at the Centurion on Thursday, by defeating South Africa by 133 runs in the first Text match.

It was a great moment for Indian fans. Indian pacers Mohammed Shami, Jasprit Bumrah and Mohamed Siraj did not allow South Africa to chase the score at all. Indian pacers crippled South Afrcia’s batting line-up completely.

It was great performance by Team India. They have maintained their winning momentum overseas, which is a good sign for the team. It is only the second time India have taken a 1-0 series lead in South Africa.

Credit goes to captain Kohli for utilizing bowling unit so wisely and tactful. No doubt Kohli has allowed and encouraged Indian pacers to go ahead with full confidence. There was a time when India was only known for producing batting legends like Sunil Gavaskar, Mohammed Azharuddin, Rahul Dravid, Sachin Tendulkar and Saurav Ganguly, but under the leadership of Virat, India is at the best from bowling side also, rather it is the bowling unit which is doing the more for the team.

I hope with this victory morale of Team India will be much high and I hope India can win the series. With this historic win, Team India have become only the 3rd touring Test team after England and Australia  to win a Test match in Centurion, where South Africa have 21 victories in 28 matches. It is a good beginning for the newly-appointed Indian coach Rahul Dravid also. We hope Kohli and Dravid can keep on going this way only. I am sure Dravid’s presence can be huge asset for Kohli.
