The United Arab Emirates and the world will celebrate a class of creativity, innovation, human progress, and the power of culture during the Expo 2020 Dubai, which is starting from October 1  (“Expo 2020 visitors need to furnish vaccination proof or negative PCR test result,” Sept.17, Gulf Today).

The United Arab Emirates will be the epicentre of business activities in the world. Expo 2020 Dubai offers firms from around the world to enhance their businesses and to contribute to their countries’ economy.

Expo 2020 will be one of the biggest business events in the world, so it is necessary for visitors to follow strictly COVID-19 standard operating procedures and make the event successful and productive for everyone.

Hats off to the visionary leadership of the United Arab Emirates who made it possible to start Expo 2020 Dubai from October 1.

The authorities have made all the arrangements for business personnel and visitors to go through coronavirus safety measures .The organisers Expo 2020 Dubai on Wednesday revealed enhanced safety measures to ensure a safe and exceptional experience for all visitors.

Visitors over the age of 18 will have to provide proof of any vaccination approved by the governments of their countries or a negative PCR test result.

PCR test results must be done 72 hours before the visit date. Expo 2020 Dubai ticket holders who are not immunised and who have not undergone a corona test within the specified period will be able to use the examination centre located near the Expo 2020 Dubai site.

Later this will also be available in a number of examination centres spread across Dubai, which will be announced soon.

I would like to congratulate the visionary leadership of the United Arab Emirates on the occasion of Expo 2020 Dubai, and I am sure it will be the best opportunity for the world to participate in the Expo 2020 Dubai.
