I keep reading reports on all the attractions and events going on in Al Noor Island but never had the chance to visit the touristy hotspot. This despite the fact that I happen to stay in Sharjah.

With the New Year around the corner I am looking forward to the celebratory night under the stars at Al Noor Island

New Year’s Eve celebrations don’t get any better than being surrounded by lush picturesque surroundings, enjoying a dining experience with loved ones at a leisurely pace, and having the perfectly positioned seats to marvel at the stunning fireworks show, which will commence at the stroke of midnight at the nearby Al Majaz Waterfront.

Al Noor Island was opened to the public in December 2015. It is one of the most impressive destinations from the Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) and has been developed for all ages.
