Gargash calls for political, diplomatic solutions to ensure regional stability

Dr. Anwar Bin Mohammed Gargash, Diplomatic Advisor to the UAE President, emphasized on Sunday the importance of prioritizing political and diplomatic solutions to avoid prolonged confrontations and to open broader horizons for security, stability, and prosperity.

This came during his participation in the closing session of the Manama Dialogue 2026, where he also expressed his appreciation for the Kingdom of Bahrain for its steadfast stance and honorable defense of its sovereignty.

In a post on the platform X, Dr. Gargash stated: "I was pleased to participate in the closing session of the Manama Dialogue 2026, alongside my dear brother Abdullatif Al Zayani and the Foreign Minister of Armenia, Ararat Mirzoyan. In my remarks, I addressed the pivotal moment our region is currently experiencing, and the importance of prioritizing political and diplomatic solutions to spare it from prolonged confrontations and to create greater opportunities for security, stability, and prosperity. I extend my appreciation to the Kingdom of Bahrain—its leadership and its people—for their firm position and honorable defense of their sovereignty."
