Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid calls for raising UAE flag on November 3

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, stated: “Next week, on November 3rd, we will celebrate an important national occasion, Flag Day, that embodies our love, pride and loyalty to our nation.”

“We call upon everyone, citizens and residents alike, institutions and ministries, schools and universities and households across all the emirates to raise it high to flutter in the skies of our nation,” he added.

“A singular national moment, in which the nation and its people stand before the symbol of our pride and glory, a symbol for which we would sacrifice our very lives, and to whose elevation we would dedicate our existence and our blood. Long live our nation, and long live our flag,” he said.
