Residential land in Dubai Islands mortgaged for Dhs618 million

At the beginning of trading on Monday, Dubai Real Estate Market recorded a mortgage deal for an off-plan residential plot of land in Dubai Islands worth Dhs618 million.
According to Dubai Rest app, the mortgaged land is 210,000 square feet in area with an average price of Dhs2,043 per square foot.
Sales at the beginning of the week amounted to Dhs988 million through 370 transactions, while mortgages totaled Dhs820 million through 81 transactions and gifts totaled Dhs53 million through 17 transactions.
