UAE government services to see a significant transformation in November, says Sheikh Mohammed

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has brought attention to an international survey conducted by BCG on government digital services, where the UAE was ranked the highest globally for customer satisfaction.

He stated that, unlike the global trend, over 75% of people believe UAE government services exceed those offered by the private sector.

He commended the teams for this achievement, expressing pride in the strides made to enhance people's lives and in a nation delivering world-class services to its citizens, visitors, and residents.

Looking to the future, Sheikh Mohammed announced an upcoming major event this November, where the UAE government will reveal a significant transformation in its service delivery to the public, paving the way for even greater advancements.
