Before deciding on the dispute, the court directed the complainant to take the supplementary oath in the prescribed formula to swear that the defendant owed him the amount of Dhs78,394 resulting from payments he made at her request as installments for a property she purchased, and that she still owed him the amount to date.
In the session scheduled for taking the supplementary oath, the complainant appeared in person via one of the audio-visual means and took the oath in its prescribed formula.
Consequently, the court ordered the defendant to pay the amount to the complainant of Dhs78,394.
