Saudi Aramco can make its maximum sustainable production capacity of 12 million barrels per day available within days, Chief Executive Amin Nasser told the Energy Intelligence conference in London on Monday.
"Our system is intact," Nasser said, adding that the firm has the strategic reserves and flexibility to isolate or shift output as needed.
He also said "we are working on fourth, fifth export routes, including engineering. We continue to export through Yanbu, Sidi Kerir and Port Said."
He added that "we are meeting all of our customers' requirements today. We have a lot of inventories in our system to supply customers."
"By 2040 we will produce around 9 million BOED (Barrels of Oil Equivalent Per Day) natural gas."
