Zero tolerance for extremism and true security starts with tackling hatred: Gargash

Dr Anwar Bin Mohammed Gargash, Diplomatic Adviser to the UAE President, affirmed the ongoing battle against extremism in the region, stressing that legitimising terrorism with hate speech is a central threat, not a minor issue.

In a post on the "X" platform, Gargash noted that the recent terrorist attack is a stark reminder that the fight is far from finished. He further underlined the importance of the UAE's proactive and unwavering position, zero tolerance for extremism and any concession to its rhetoric, as true security starts with tackling hatred and cutting off the sources of extremism.
