The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) has warned job seekers, both inside and outside the UAE, against falling victim to fake job offers and urged them to verify the authenticity of any employment offer before beginning recruitment procedures.
The Ministry emphasised that employers are required to use the official job offer template approved by MoHRE. The document carries a serial number and barcode, which enables job seekers to verify whether the offer is genuine through the Ministry’s official website, smart application or call centre.
MoHRE urged job seekers to exercise caution and ensure that the employment offer they receive is authentic before proceeding with any recruitment-related procedures.
The warning is aimed at helping individuals protect themselves from fraudulent employment offers and ensuring that recruitment procedures are carried out through the approved channels.
Job seekers were advised not to begin any procedures based solely on an employment offer without first confirming its validity through MoHRE’s official verification services.
The Ministry reiterated the importance of checking the authenticity of job offers as an essential step before completing recruitment procedures.
MoHRE also urged job seekers to remain vigilant when dealing with employment-related communications and to rely on the Ministry’s official channels for verification.
