Dubai Safari Park, the region’s premier wildlife and tourism attraction, announced a series of updates in the lead to its upcoming eighth season, including the opening date, a new brand platform, the introduction of a VIP experience for travel trade partners and expanded representation across key international source markets at the 33rd edition of Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2026, a leading global event for the inbound and outbound travel industry in the Middle East.
This follows continued growth in season seven, particularly from the travel trade partners, with B2B ticket sales increasing by 16% year-on-year and B2B revenue rising by 26%. B2B visitors accounted for 62% of total weekday footfall, reinforcing the importance of international and travel trade audiences to the park’s growth. Safari experiences also remained a key part of the visitor journey, with 72% of guests opting for the safari bundle during the season.
Building on this momentum, Dubai Safari Park will introduce the ‘Royal Safari Experience’, a new premium offering designed exclusively for travel trade partners. Created for groups of up to 10 guests, the four-hour experience will offer a more private and personalised way to discover the park, including VIP treatment, reserved seating and private guided tours across the park. Giving travel partners an additional premium product to incorporate into bespoke itineraries, the new offering aims to further position Dubai Safari Park as a destination for immersive, high-quality tourism experiences.
Dubai Safari Park is also strengthening its presence in two key source markets with the appointment of Buzz Marketing as its official sales and marketing representative in India, and Action Global as its official representative across Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) markets. The appointments form part of the park’s broader strategy to deepen relationships with international travel trade partners, strengthen reach across priority markets, and support the continued growth of Dubai’s tourism ecosystem.
The park will officially reopen for Season eight on October 12, unveiling its new brand platform, ‘Live More Wild Life’, which invites visitors to forge a deeper connection with wildlife, nature and conservation. The platform builds on the park’s growing conservation journey and follows a landmark Season seven, during which Dubai Safari Park became an official member of both the World Association of Zoos and Aquariums (WAZA) and the European Association of Zoos and Aquaria (EAZA).
The seventh season also saw the arrival of 144 newborn animals, including Salam, a Southern White Rhino classified as Near Threatened by the IUCN, and Zuri, a newborn giraffe.
Muna Al Hajeri, Park Director, Dubai Safari Park, said: “The strong growth we have seen from our travel trade partners this season gives us great confidence as we look ahead to Season eight. We are continuing to strengthen our international partnerships and introducing new experiences that give our trade partners even more ways to showcase Dubai Safari Park to their clients.”
She added, “Our new brand platform, ‘Live More Wild Life’, captures what we want every visitor to take away from their time with us - a greater sense of connection, curiosity and appreciation for wildlife and the natural world. We look forward to welcoming even more visitors from the UAE and around the world to experience the park in new ways.”
