Sharjah Ruler performs funeral prayer for Sheikh Mohammed Al Qasimi

His Highness Dr Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, performed the funeral prayer following Friday’s Asr prayer for the late Sheikh Mohammed bin Salem bin Sultan Al Qasimi, may Allah have mercy on him, at King Faisal Mosque in Sharjah.

Performing the prayer alongside Sheikh Sultan were Sheikh Abdullah Bin Salem Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, and Sheikh Sultan Bin Ahmed Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah.

Also performing the funeral prayer were Sheikh Abdullah Bin Mohammed Al Thani, Adviser at the Ruler’s Office; Sheikh Issam Bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Adviser at the Ruler’s Office; Sheikh Khalid Bin Abdullah Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Sharjah Ports, Customs and Free Zones Authority; Sheikh Dr Abdulrahman bin Salem Al Qasimi; Sheikh Abdulrahman bin Salem bin Sultan Al Qasimi; Sheikh Dr Salem bin Abdulrahman Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Ruler’s Office; Sheikh Fahim bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Department of Government Relations; Sheikh Mohammed bin Humaid Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Department of Statistics and Community Development; Sheikh Majid bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Districts Affairs Department; Sheikh Saqr bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sharjah Charity International; Sheikh Saeed bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Deputy Chairman of the Ruler’s Office in Khorfakkan; Sheikh Haitham bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Deputy Chairman of the Ruler’s Office in Kalba; Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah bin Salem Al Qasimi, Director of the Department of Statistics and Community Development; Sheikh Salem bin Mohammed bin Salem Al Qasimi, Director of the Sharjah Commerce and Tourism Development Authority; and Sheikh Rashid bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Director of the Finance Department.

The prayer was also attended by the sons of the deceased, members of the Al Qasimi family, and a number of sheikhs, senior state officials, dignitaries and worshippers.
